摘要：Vietnam is in the process of international economic integration, along with the strong development of science and technology in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. Industrial revolution 4.0 will create major changes in labor supply and demand, the labor market will be seriously challenged between labor supply and demand as well as labor structure. In order to take advantage of the opportunity and catch up with the 4.0 Revolution, Vietnam needs to improve the level of skilled workers and use high technology, the ability to quickly adapt to changes in new production technology. Modern, effective use of modern technology application, suitable to our country's conditions.
