摘要：The topics covered by this work have been identified in consideration of the wide range of cases in which they are applied and because of the peculiarity of their discipline which has also required numerous interventions by the Jurisprudence, not only of legitimacy. The legislator of 2005 - in dictating a generalized positive discipline of the institutes of revocation and of the cancellation of office - was concerned, among other things, to provide an adequate response to the requests for protection of the custody of the private individual interested in the conservation of administrative act. This has resulted, on the regulatory level, in the provision of limits to the exercise of review power with a demolition effect, to be identified within the reasonable time limit with regard to the cancellation of office and the obligation of compensation with regard to revocation.
