摘要:The objective of this study was to investigate the existence of relationship between job satisfaction and personality in public health workers. We worked with a probabilistic sample of one hundred and ten public health workers from the Pueyrredón department who were evaluated through: a) Ad hoc questionnaire; b) an adaptation of Big Five Inventory (Castro Solano and Casullo, 2001) and c) sub-scale work q-les-q ( The World Health Organization Quality of life assessment [ whoqol ] , 1993). The study is guided by the desire to know sociodemographic characteristics, measure job satisfaction and identify personality styles.
