A proof is given here for the following statements: (1) For every choice of positive parameters , , , , , and , all solutions to the difference equation , converge to the positive equilibrium or to a prime period-two solution. (2) For every choice of positive parameters , , , , and , all solutions to the difference equation , converge to the positive equilibrium or to a prime period-two solution.
