其他摘要：การพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมเรื่องการบริหารโครงการ กรณีศึกษา : การวางแผนการผลิต ของบริษัท โนว์ฮาวทรานสเฟอร์ จำกัด โกวิท ถาวร 1 , รัตน์ สงวนพงษ์ 2 , ธนรัตน์ แต้วัฒนา 3 1 คณะ ครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ 2 วิทยาลัยชุมชนเมืองแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร มหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช 3 คณะศึกษาศาสตร์และพัฒนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่องการบริหารโครงการ กรณีศึกษา การวางแผนการผลิต ของบริษัท โนว์ฮาวทรานสเฟอร์ จำกัด ตัวอย่างเป็นพนักงานผู้ทำงานด้านการวางแผนการผลิต จำนวน 15 คน การดำเนินการวิจัยครั้งนี้มี 5 ขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาประเด็นปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต2) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรม โดยการรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อทำการวิเคราะห์หัวข้องานกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์เชิงพฤติกรรม ซึ่งมีผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 ท่าน ให้ข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนา และทำการประเมินความเหมาะสมของชุดฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น 3) ดำเนินการฝึกอบรม เริ่มจากการวัดความรู้ และทักษะก่อนเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจากการทำแบบทดสอบ 4) วัดความรู้ และทักษะระหว่างฝึกอบรมจากการทำแบบฝึกหัด 5) วัดความรู้ และทักษะหลังเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจากการทำแบบทดสอบ จากการวิจัยพบว่าผู้เชี่ยวชาญเห็นว่าชุดฝึกอบรมที่สร้างขึ้นมีความเหมาะสมดี โดยมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องสูงกว่า 0.5 ผู้เข้าอบรมมีความรู้เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และชุดฝึกอบรมที่สร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพ 80.13/82.53 ซึ่งอยู่ในเกณฑ์สมมุติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ สามารถนำไปพัฒนาบุคลากรผู้ทำหน้าที่การวางแผนการผลิตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ คำสำคัญ : การบริหารโครงการ, การวางแผนการผลิต Development of Training Package of Project Management: A Case Study of Production Planning for Know-How TransferCompany Limited. The sample was 15 persons from production planning. There were 5 steps in this research : 1) Studied the problems in the production process 2) Developed training packages by collecting information to analyze the topic of the task, There were 5experts who offered suggestions for development and evaluation that suitedfor the developed training set 3) Conducted training starting from the measurement of knowledgeand skills before the training of the test 4) Measured the knowledge and skills during the training of the exercises 5) Measured the knowledge and skills after the training from the quiz. Based on the research, the experts found out that the training packages produced were well suited. With a consistency index higher than 0.5, The participants have higher knowledge at .05, level of significance and the training set created was 80.13 / 82.53 effectively, which was in the hypothetical set.
