摘要：O presente artigo apresenta o tema da violência contra mulher e os fluxos de atendimento as mulheres vítimas desta violência em um hospital de urgência e emergência. A construção metodológica do artigo se deu por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica no período de agosto a dezembro de 2017, sendo cotejada com a experiência dos acolhimentos em Serviço Social realizados entre aos anos de 2016 a 2017, compreendendo o cenário de prática do Programa de Residência Integrada Multiprofissional em Saúde, com Ênfase em Urgência e Emergência – PRIMURGE HPS/IPA. Desta forma, buscou-se oferecer subsídios teórico-metodológicos que auxiliem na construção de estratégias de enfrentamento as realidades violentas, em especial das mulheres em situação de violência nos espaços de saúde.
其他摘要：This article presents the theme of violence against women, and aims to explain how this demand is presented in health settings. Furthermore, it seeks to highlight the importance of creating flows of care for women in situations of violence in an emergency hospital. The methodological construction of the article was a bibliographic research from august 2017 to december 2017, and this was compared the social workers’s work process, carried out between the years 2016 to 2017, including the insertion on Programa de Residência Integrada Multiprofissional em Saúde on Hopital de Pronto Socorro in Porto Alegre city. Therefore, this article to proposes to offer technical operations dimension that help in the construction of coping strategies aiming to address situations of violence against women in health settings.
