摘要：The present article relates concepts and knowledge on the international tendency as for the administration and improvement of the managerial processes. In the methodology review and analysis published online access, indexed database and other Web of Science is considered to identify those aspects of interest that influence the performance of companies and their processes. The main findings indicate that today any attempt to formalize the management and process improvement must contain theoretical assumptions about process management and system integration, it is also imperative to accept the basis of good management practices, treated with a focus process, highlighted in the selection process, the identification and assessment of opportunities for improvement, indicators and its relationship with business strategies
