摘要:This study examines the life and work values that students in counseling and guidance programs are intended to learn. Participants involved 195 undergraduate students and 112 counselors that comprised a total of 307. This research used Super's Work Values Inventory-Revised and Rokeach’s list of values. The results found the students maintained that the most important work values were lifestyle, achievement, and independence, also they believed the most important intrinsic values were inner-harmony, self-respect, and family security, and instrumental values of honesty, independence, and responsibility. The counselors stated that the most important work values were lifestyle, achievement, and creativity, at the same time the most important intrinsic values were inner harmony, self-respect, and family security, and instrumental values of honesty, independence, and responsibility.
