摘要：Among the many directions of tourism the wine tourism in Georgia is becoming particularly popular. Which is natural, the Caucasus and namely Georgia is the ancient homeland of the vine and the wine,the climate contributes to numerous varieties of the vine breed and its spreading. In certain regions of Georgia wine-related traditions, habits, rituals and wine-making rules differs from each other. Kakheti has a distinctive position among them. This article discusses aspects of wine tourism, trends and characteristics of Kakheti. The proper planning of tourist routes, its organizing is of great importance for the popularization of wine tourism. The conclusions set out in the article is underlined what should be done for successful implementation of tourist routes.
