摘要：The article addresses the issue of the organizational controls that an Institution can adopte to prevent the risk of corruction. The corruction, beyond the penalistic classification of the various acts, represents a matter of habit that pollutes the growth and the social- economic development of our Country, compromising its future. The adequacy of the organizational frameworks from burden can evolve to an opportunity of growth for subjects and various entities that operate on the market and for the public authorities themselves. The UNI EN ISO 37001:2016 37001 standard, among the organizational controls and frameworks aimed at prevent the corruption, represents the most mature and fundamentally the most effective instrument because it synthesizes the international regulatory experiences in a management way, according to standard of quality and traceability of the processes, it can be certainly regarded as a new frontier of the anti – corruption. But combating malpractice will not be effective only through the promulgation and following application of rules and compliance programs increasingly sophisticated, but also and above all through the refusal of the prevalent resignation and through the ransom, firstly cultural, of the Country that must necessairly involve all the actors of the society without exception.
