其他摘要：The evolution of technology, digital media, laptop computer, smartphone, tablet and other communica tion tools, progresses a lot. These become important for conveying life of people in the world including Thailand, where technology and various digital media flooding in. They also impact people of various sex and ages including the juvenile who are important human resources of the country. Technology and digital media then much influence their daily lives. Children usually use technology and digital media differently from the adults. At the meanwhile, the adults or persons who are closed to them should give advises how to use them safely and creatively. The most concerned is the Digital Intelligence (DQ) of the children in digital age. DQ is the social, emotional and intelligence talent that help facing the challenge, technology needs and digital media. DQ also emerges the digital literacy. Consequently, there should be collaboration with all sectors, included with family institution, education sectors, educational staffs, government sectors, digital service sectors and civil society networks, to promote the children’s digital literacy about the responsibility and the ethics. Moreover, they must not be the victims or the technology slaves.
