其他摘要:Currently most of bloggers use socialmedia as product promotion channels resulting inbetter reach among them and their followers. Thisphenomenon gives rise in customer behaviour inthe process of making decision to buy shifting fromchecking traditional media to following beautybloggers’ recommendations. In order to understandthe information representation format that lead tohighest engagement, we studied the profiles andposts of the four most popular beauty bloggers inThailand on social media. Data were collectedduring September 1-24, 2017 using the followingdata analysis criteria, which are 1 ) posting period2) types of content and 3)social media techniques.After that the numbers of posts, shares andcomments of each post were compared. Resultsshow that the post period during daytime is46.52% whereas at night time is 53.47%. Thetypes of content were divided into two types: 1 )posts with beauty contents which is 68.75% and 2) posts with no beauty contents which is 31.25%.For social media techniques, they can be dividedinto 7 types including link, live, picture, video, Thaitext, English text, and emoji text. In conclusion,the study found that posts with highestengagement are posted at night with beautycontents, using techniques like picture, video, andlink, respectively and using subtitles in Thai text,emoji text, and English text respectively.
