摘要：The results presented in this document are related to one of the stages of the project Human and Productive Processes in organizations: Quince in Valle de Allende, Chihuahua. The commencement of this work required the accomplishment of a diagnosis where it is described and analyzed the prevailing situation regarding to the quince producers in the municipality of Allende, Chihuahua. In order to make such an analysis it was required an inventory realization of quince producers in Pueblito, in Allende, Chihuahua. The information, to determine the inventory of fruit trees, planted area and cultural practices quince producers use, was attained through questionnaires, interviews and direct observation. The initial diagnose allows to generate planning process, and determine needed strategies in order to respond to the difficulties faced by the producers of this fruit, which, as a result of its low price in the market tends to disappear as it is substituted by pecan trees.
