摘要：O presente trabalho propõe-se a analisar a teoria da equidade intergeracional. A primeira parte do presente trabalho, a análise é direcionada a explicitar o que é equidade intergeracional e indicar seus principais aportes legais internacionais e nacionais. Na segunda parte, apresenta quem são as futuras gerações. Na terceira parte, propõe, a conjugação de diversos ramos científicos para abordagem da teoria da equidade intergeracional juntamente com o Direito, visando uma educação ambiental coletiva. Com o objetivo em referência, a pesquisa foi primordialmente bibliográfica e documental, tendo ainda se servido do método de abordagem qualitativo e dedutivo de análise de dados.
其他摘要：This work proposes an analysis over the theory of intergenerational equity. In the first one, the analysis is focused on the clarification of what is intergenerational equity. The second part is dedicated to present who are the future generations. In the third part, the study combines various scientific fields along the law of intergenerational equity, aiming at the collective environmental education. The research was primarily based upon the available literature and documents and a qualitative and deductive approach to analyse the data.
