摘要：Experience report that aims to describe the fulfillment of an extension project developed by teachers and students from nursing and medicine graduation courses, with health managers and professionals from west Santa Catarina cities. For this, the project offered nine thematic workshops about planning, financing and health attention networks. The meetings fomented reflections and knowledge exchanges regarding the advances and difficulties in the public managing of the Unified Health System, listed strategic axes of action and decision-making to the local and regional manager, intensifying the learning and teaching process.
