摘要:Today, increased international competition and technological developments with the impact of globalization brings about the necessity of change in terms of businesses. One of area where change is most felt is human resource management. The need for high potential and skilled workers is increasing to meet the requirements of the era of the business. One of the new concepts resulting from these needs is "Talent Management". The concept of talent management is encountered as a new vision between business strategies to incorporate global workforce of the organization, to protect in the current situation of workforce and to management. In this context, one of the service-intensive industry which aims to bring together the most talented employees is the banking sector. The banking sector by investing in human resources to achieve this target and is expected to reach maximum profitability and efficiency as a result of it. This study aims to reveal the impact on human resources of talent management practices. In this context, data were collected through intervievs with human resources experts in talent management unit who working in 3 bank that leading position in Turkish banking sector. Opinions about the talent management in the Turkish banking sector has been determined by evaluating data. The findings obtained from this study showed that effective talent management practices have a significant impact on the human resources who have critical importance to maintain existence of financial institutions that operating in the banking sector.
