其他摘要：The problem of control and management of data transmission over Internet network is presented. The short review of Internet network, its layers and data transmission control and management issues is given. The model, that can be used to estimate the efficiency of data transmission over Internet’s route, is presented. The problem of correct bandwidth estimation for effective data transmission over Internet is explained. Feedback usage for data transmission control and management is explained. The mathematic model for round-triptime value was created, using the results of two applications, which were developed to collect statistics of real data transmission over Internet’s route. The method, based on linear regression, was proposed for more precise bandwidth estimation. Ill. 11, bibl. 5 (in English; summaries in English, Russian and Lithuanian).
