其他摘要：It is shown that during exercise tests the main artifacts and noises in electrocardiosignals are noises from patient`s muscular, a driftof isoelectrical line and an interference from 50 Hz alternating current lines. In the presence of these artifacts it is difficult to obtaincorrect results during analysis of electrocardiosignals by means of personal computers. By that reason it is necessary to carry outpreprocessing of signals inputed in to the computer with aim to remove artifacts before final analysis of signals. Effective method forremoving of isoelectrical line drift is presented. By changing of QRS complexes with straight line joining its beginning and end points itis possible to increase precision when drift signal is being pick up.Method for filtration of patient`s muscular noises without distortionof QRS form is proposed. Also improved method for removing of interference from 50 Hz alternating current lines is presented.Examples of electrocardiosignals before preprocessing and after it are presented.
