摘要:This article aims to discuss the researcher's position as a witness of youth history conflicting with the law, or in other words, as an ethical position concerning the production of knowledge about youth people in the socio-educational system. Our analysis is based upon Michel Foucault’s, Giorgio Agamben’s and Walter Benjamin’s constributions and we used cartography as a methodological strategy, whose proceedings involved readings of legal actions and attending hearings at Infancy and Juvenile Court in the period of 2013 and 2014. We conclude that the current social configuration allows certain sort of lives to exist by abandonment. Specifically, it contributes to them to be erased and forgotten, putting this youth on the margin of history, taken as unqualified lives.
