摘要：Este artigo, de teor ensaístico, busca apresentar e discutir características socioculturais, econômicas e político-institucionais manifestadas nas cadeias produtivas da indústria cultural, com foco na economia criativa e suas possíveis conexões sistêmicas no desenvolvimento do turismo criativo. Para tanto, realizou-se um estudo com abordagem sistêmica de caráter exploratório, baseado na técnica bibliográfica, com a finalidade de levantar e apontar os principais conceitos apresentados sobre o tema. Como colaboração científica, o estudo expõe de forma lógica e avaliativa a relação da cadeia produtiva da indústria cultural criativa com a cadeia produtiva do turismo criativo, no qual se fundamenta a produção e a disseminação do entendimento a respeito das possíveis conexões e relações entre as duas cadeias econômicas produtivas. Como resultado, percebeu-se que a consolidação de cadeias produtivas culturais favorece o desenvolvimento do turismo criativo, pois há sistemicamente uma relação dinâmica entre as cadeias cultural e do turismo criativo. ABSTRACT This paper presents and discusses socio-cultural, economic and politico-institutional characteristics expressed in the productive chains of cultural industry with focus on creative economy and their possible systemic connections in the development of creative tourism. For both, was held a study of systemic approach of exploratory character based on bibliographic technique with the purpose of point out the key concepts presented on the subject. As scientific collaboration this study exposes logically and evaluative the relationship of the productive chain of the cultural creative industry with the creative tourism production chain, which is based on the production and dissemination of the understanding concerning the possible connections and relations of these two economic productive chains. As a result, it was noticed that the consolidation of productive chains favors the development of cultural creative tourism as there are systemically a dynamic relationship between cultural chains and creative tourism.
