摘要：This study aimed to propose a methodology for assessing urban quality under some environmental and organizational aspects at the Jardim Planalto in Confresa-MT. On geo-referenced database of the district established a sample gride to assessments under environmental and organizational aspect of urban components such as afforestation; locomotion routes; sanitation: water supply and sewage collection and treatment, public boxes collecting garbage; public phone; real estate documentation, proximity key locations; landfill site; public lighting. These assessments were carried out by weights association created subjectively to classes of urban components mentioned above. It was possible to evaluate the urban quality of Jardim Planalto in Confresa through the proposed methodology. Still, the methodology helps identify which urban components most influence on this status. The overall arithmetic mean of the average weights obtained at each sample point gride referring to the class of urban components evaluated in the Jardim Planalto in Confresa-MT was 5.9, befitting the subjective level “average” urban quality.
