摘要：研究成果最適展開支援プログラムA-STEPはそれまでのJSTにおける産学連携・技術移転のファンディングプログラムを整理統合する形で平成21年に発足した．複数のプログラムが並立することによる研究開発支援の不連続性，非効率さを解消することを目的に，①ワンストップ，②シームレス，③最適化の3つを理念にプログラム設計されたものである．本稿ではA-STEPのプログラム設計理念とそれをどのように実装したかを述べ，これまでのおよそ9年間にわたる制度変遷についてプログラムを取り巻く環境の変化とともに振り返る．
其他摘要：Adaptable and Seamless Technology Transfer Program through Target Driven R&D (A-STEP) was established in 2009 to consolidate the previous funding programs for industry-academia collaboration and technology transfer in JST. In order to eliminate the discontinuity and inefficiency of research and development due to multiple programs being in parallel, the program was designed based on three philosophies of (1) one stop, (2) seamless, and (3) optimization. In this article, the program design philosophy of A-STEP and its implementation were described, and then the change of the program about the past nine years was reviewed.
