其他摘要：In this study, the authors firstly focused on the research and development project led by the inter-organizational collaboration between Social Cooperation Division of Kochi University of Technology (KUT) and Kochi Industrial Association (KIA) for the first time. The authors secondly discussed the role of the coordination section as an organization and the role of the coordinators as individuals in producing this new industry-academia-government collaboration. As a result, the authors found that the decision making by organizational collaboration is necessary and effective to promote the industry-academia-government collaboration efficiently. The authors also found that the organizational collaboration secures the equitableness, transparency and objectivity of the individuals' coordination activities. And finally the authors showed that the knowledge sharing and decision making between organizations are important for more effective coordination based on the following elements for industry-academia-government collaboration, which were “Effective information” and “Candid human relations”.
