其他摘要：United States and Canada are both advanced countries in Records Management field. National Archives in both countries are characterized by that they consistently manage whole life-cycle of records - from current to historical - under the strong leadership. This article reports the newest records management trend that I have seen and heard at National Archives in both countries when I recently had a chance to visit. I was much impressed with their active and new programs of managing electronic records as well as their excellent records management specialists system.
