摘要：科学技術情報流通技術基準（SIST）のうち1985年に制定された「SIST 07：学術雑誌の構成とその要素」および1986年に制定された「SIST 08：学術論文の構成とその要素」の改訂を行った。改訂の動機となった電子ジャーナルの普及や国際的基準の整備などの背景と，改訂の主要な内容について解説した。
其他摘要：“SIST 07: Publication and Components of Scholarly Journals” and “SIST 08: Preparation and Components of Scholarly Papers”, which were published in 1985 and 1986, respectively, as parts of “SIST: Standards for Information of Science and Technology”, were revised in 2010. This article first overviews the background that led to the revision (including dissemination of electronic journals and settlement of international guidelines), discussing several major issues overseas and domestic. Then, regarding the revision of SIST 07 and SIST 08, concept, major points and procedure are explained.
