其他摘要：The bibliographic format of the scientific periodical, such as the style of title proper is essential for information distribution. It is technical matter and not difficult requirements for a publisher. But, actually, there are more than few periodicals which do not satisfy necessary conditions of the scientific standards and international convention. The authors compiled a check-points-sheet for evaluation of the format of periodicals, which based on SIST standards and includes some recommendation through our discussion. The surveyed periodicals are commercial publication, society journals, and bulletin of various organizations such as university, research institute, and hospital. 50 periodicals were surveyed. The number of surveyed is very few, but comprehensive survey is not the purpose of this study. We intend to indicate the concrete examples of check points and the points of improvement for existing periodicals, especially for the professional and not-professional editors of those publications.
