其他摘要:In 2000, the Technical Research Institute of Obayashi Corporation started to identify “To-Be” model of knowledge management and has been developing KM system, focusing on knowledge as a major source of value creation in corporate activity. The characteristic of the KM system is to maintain and utilize not only information itself but also relationship-history between the information. This article describes the results of the system and predicted effects the system brings along with the background of development, the system configration and contents, and what the relationship-history database is.
