其他摘要：Targeting three major chemical journals, J. Catal., Anal. Chem. and J. Polym Sci.(Part A) the authors evaluated them regarding time lag found in the course for contribution received, accepted, issuance of the publications, the articles put on the databases. They also analyzed citation of the articles by document type and in chronological order. It is important for ones who contribute to journals to recognize how long it takes those articles to appear on the latest journals. Reminding the time lag ones need to make strategy of being able to obtain the latest information. The authors also find that citation analysis help ones to select core journals in their own academic fields.
