摘要：2000年10月にJSTがベトナムのハノイで開催した標記ワークショップの概要および成果の報告である。同ワークショップにはASEAN10のうち5か国からの科学技術担当省庁傘下の情報機関が参加し，各国の科学技術情報活動に関わる現状報告に続いてデータベース（DB）マップが紹介された。最後に行われたディスカッションでは，JSTのReaDのシステムを利用したデータの共有化などが合意された。
其他摘要：This is a report on the outline and outcomes of the Workshop, which was held by JST in Hanoi, Vietnam, in October 2000. Participated were S&T information organizations under S&T ministries from 5 countries among ASEAN 10. Speakers introduced a status report related to S&T information activities, followed by DB map of their own country. Data-sharing of directory DB on research institutes was agreed, at the discussion session, together with some other items.
