摘要：JICST科学技術文献データベース（JICSTファイル）の化合物索引を支援するクライアント／サーバ型システムを構築した。このシステムでは，文献に出現する新規化合物名称から即時に構造を組み立て，その構造図を表示することができる。索引作業者はデータ入力時に，索引しようとする化合物を画面で確認し，文献中の化合物構造図と相違なければ，直接JICST化合物辞書データベース（日化辞）へその化合物を登録できる。登録と同時に，JICSTファイルに対しては化合物の名称と化合物番号（日化辞番号）が索引として付与される。ここではこの支援システムの概要と機能を紹介する。
其他摘要：New client/server type system which supports the indexing of chemical substance to JICST file has been developed. This system enables that the chemical structure is displayed from the compound name described in the literature immediately. The indexer confirms whether the indexing name is right, and the name and connection table are registered into the dictionary (JICST Chemical Dictionary Database), and simultaneously, the name and substance number are indexed to JICST file. Outline and function of this support system are described.
