摘要：科学技術振興事業団は，平成9年8月よりファクトデータベースシステム“ChemSource”のインターネット提供を開始した。このシステムは“JOIS-F”システムより継承した「熱物性データベース」，「結晶構造データベース」，「質量スペクトルデータベース」を搭載しており，インターネットならではのGUI検索や，Javaによる高度なグラフィック表示を実現しているが，現在無料での提供が行われており，特別な登録手続き無しに利用できる。本稿はとくにその利用法を中心に，システムを紹介するものである。
其他摘要：JST has developed a WWW-based factual database system"ChemSource" and the system has been publicly available since August 1997 free of charge. The system consists of three databases inherited from JOIS-F system:Kelvin (Thermophysical and Thermochemical Property Database), Angstrom (Crystal Structure Database), and Dalton (Mass Spectrum Database). The system realized GUI-based user-friendly interface and high-grade graphics display by using JavaScript, and Java. Prior formalities are not requested to use this system. This report on"ChemSource" describes mainly its operations.
