其他摘要：“Studies on Advanced Use of Chemical Compounds Information by Network Sharing” to which governmental fund for coordinating the promotion of science and technology is alloted started in 1981, and have been under way in coorperation with ministries, agencies or organizations involved in them for the purpose of developing the practical system by 1985. The project is mainly classified into two subjects ; development of applied software to realize shared network, and development of comprehensive chemical compounds data base system. A series of the progress reports are mostly concerned with the latter subject, and introduce the outline of the fundamental design which was made in 1981. This paper describes the total system of comprehensive chemical compounds data base, data base system of chemical compounds dictionary and service system by network sharing. The next report will outline the design of individual data base systems of which comprehensive chemical compounds data base is composed.
