其他摘要：Recent progress of new types of information distribution such as the Internet, digital libraries, electronic journals, makes it indispensable for creators, aggregators and distributors of information to address the issues quite different from those they faced before. On the other hand, there are many regions, countries or people who are not be able to benefit from these advanced information technologies. Considering these circumstances, this paper overviews a variety of issues in the digital age and remarks on the necessity for the development of information resources and for the support from all segments of society for people deprived of information or information technologies.
