摘要:This paper analyzes the presence of foreign languages in the academic syllabus in the context of primary education and the training of teachers during the Franco’s regime. Especially in the last period of Francoism, it is observed a change concerning the perception of the importance of the study of foreign languages and the need to incorporate it in the different levels of education in Spain as the country began to open to Europe and at a time when tourism was becoming increasingly important; hence the inclusion of foreign languages in the early training of the Faculty.
