摘要：In the Proprietary Law of Republika Srpska much more attention is given to the property than in the previous Law on Basic Property relations. This institute is completely regulated now. Modern conception is accepted and the notion of property is regarded as an actual ownership over possessions. New law includes rules about the acquisition of property, assistant to the property and also makes a difference between independent and dependent holder. The aforementioned regulation develops the concept of lawful property and moreover it predicts an innovation with regard to the object of property.
