摘要：Bu çalışmanın amacı, ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin 4+4+4 kesintili zorunlu eğitim sistemi ile ilgili yaşamış oldukları sorunları ve sorunlara dayalı geliştirmiş oldukları çözüm önerilerini belirlemektir. Araştırmaya 36 ortaokul öğretmeni katılmıştır. Araştırmada veriler açık-uçlu sorulardan oluşan anket formu kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden biri olan olgu bilim deseni kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; öğretmenlerin çoğu 4+4+4 kesintili zorunlu eğitim sistemi ile ilgili olumsuz düşüncelere sahip olduklarını, yeni eğitim sistemine yönelik daha çok okullarla ilgili sorunlarla karşılaştıklarını belirtmişlerdir. 4+4+4 kesintili zorunlu eğitim sistemiyle birlikte uygulanmaya başlanan seçmeli derslerde öğretmenlerin çoğu derslik yetersizliğinden dolayı sorun yaşadıklarını ifade etmişlerdir. Araştırma sonucunda ortaya çıkan bulgulara dayalı olarak; yeni eğitim sistemi araştırmada ortaya çıkan sorunlara dayalı olarak gözden geçirilmeli, okullara Eğitim Teknolojileri Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından gerekli olan araç-gereçler temin edilmeli, öğrencilerin ilgi ve istidatları doğrultusunda ve üst düzey düşünme becerilerini, yaratıcılıklarını geliştirecek seçmeli dersler programa konulmalı gibi önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
其他摘要：The purpose of this study is to determine the problems encountered by the secondary school teachers in the 4 +4 +4 intermittent compulsory education system and their proposals for solutions which they have developed based on the problems. 36 Secondary School Teachers have attended the research. The data were collected by using an open - ended questionnaire in the research. A phenomenology design which is one of the qualitative research designs was used. Content analysis was used for the analysis of the data. As a result of the research, the majority of the teachers have stated that they have negative thoughts on the 4 +4 +4 intermittent compulsory education system, mostly, they have encountered problems with schools in the new education system. The majority of the teachers have stated that they have encountered problems due to lack of classrooms for elective courses started to be implemented by the 4 +4 +4 intermittent compulsory education system. Based on the evidence as a result of the research provided suggestions that are presented. Some of the suggestions were as follows, the new education system should be revised based on issues emerged in the research, necessary tools and materials should be provided to the schools by the General Directorate of Educational Technologies, elective courses which will develop students' higher-level thinking skills and creativity in accordance with their aptitude should be placed on programs and etc
