标题：Modelos de cooperação para a Segurança Internacional: Propostas para o caso da Segunda Intervenção das Nações Unidas na Somália e suas consequências
摘要：This article analyzes the United Nations Operation in Somalia II (UNOSOM II) through a qualitative inquiry. Priming to approach the question by using a clausewitzian perspective of armed conflicts, the impacts the intervention had upon somali State and society are taken in consideration and utilized as results to propose that vulnerable States have sociocultural structures of their own. Thus, it was concluded that an alternative to the model executed in UNOSOM II would be to limit these operations only for humanitarian aid and genocide prevention cases.
