  • 摘要:There is no doubt that society is changing, however it is difficult to escape traditional mechanisms for evaluating competitiveness and efficiency. The scales with which we measure this are purely economic: it is important to reduce costs, optimise resources, improve the processes and expand the markets. However, these criteria have not solved many of the problems encountered in today's society, which are related to other factors outside the economic sphere. That is why we need to find new tools and instruments to help evaluate and implement values and the situation in which the economy unfolds. The social economy appears as the complement of the traditional economic sector covering social deficiencies generated by the free market. The solutions that are generated affect the world of work and business, as well as civil society as a whole. To respond to these challenges we must seek alternative systems to those traditionally used. We must create a theoretical and systematic framework for recognising the needs and gaps as well as the elements for creating a social economy capable of responding to the scenario of the twenty-first century (Nicholls, 2006). Likewise, in the era of globalisation, it is essential to train professionals who know with scientific rigour the contents demanded by the industry, and are familiar with the tools used to develop social values within companies operating in the market. There is, therefore, a need to look for mechanisms to promote social entrepreneurship, this being a company whose social aim is to meet the needs of the society in which it operates. Its objective falls within the so-called ‘triple bottom line’ in which you have to obtain a simultaneous response to the social, environmental and economic dimensions as demanded by the UN. Social entrepreneurship does not only live by social entrepreneurial skills that can be summarised in these five fundamental features: to create social value; to capture social needs; to counter with innovative proposals; to take risks; and to have the minimum necessary resources to develop the initial business idea (Curto, 2012). To this must be added a number of measures to facilitate and enable the business project through training programmes helping it to develop and implement its ideas. (Booth, Segon 2009; Brock , Steiner, 2011). The proposal presented here demonstrates the educational framework necessary to offer the social entrepreneur a socio-economic alternative as well as a new range of professions that respect the sustainability of the planet.
  • 其他摘要:Thought needs to be given to the mistakes made in business training that brought about the global financial crisis that has affected the world over the last few decades. Training programmes need to be analyzed in order to evaluate their advantages and disadvantages, as well as their similarities and differences, with the aim of improving the quality of training in the professionalization of the so-called social enterprises. In order to arrive at a new scenario in which the past mistakes are rectified, a comprehensive training, in which future generations put into place the principles of sustainability and transparency in their daily routine through an education in values, needs to be established. To provide an answer to this situation, programmes should be set in motion in which consideration should be given to the contents and the range of variables that provide added value for the professionals of the 21st Century. As social enterprise is a cross-sector activity, importance should be placed in the training of not only those social entrepreneurs from the business world, but also those from the sociological, communication, architecture and medical sectors. The proposal put forward here outlines the educational framework necessary to provide the social entrepreneur a socioeconomic alternative, as well as a new range of professions that respect Earth’s sustainability. The ultimate aim is to improve training by providing it with a transnational character that allows for the creation of social entrepreneurs capable of rising up to the challenges of the 21st Century. To achieve these aims, the characteristics of the education programmes employed to train social players will be studied in the first part. To this end, a series of criteria, based on the methodology, means of communication and subjects studied, among other things, will be established. The second part presents a global training model that can be applied to any training programme and includes basic subjects, teaching techniques and an appropriate evaluation to develop the skills in social entrepreneurs
