摘要:Computational algorithms for the numerical solution of the Navier-Stokes equations in fractured-porous media are formulated. Darcy's approximation to the equations of motion is considered and the resulting equations are solved using a boundary-fitted finite-difference technique. Two algorithms are discussed so as to consider the solution of the associated algebraic problem, namely: direct and iterative. Several examples are presented showing the capabilities (and the limitations) of the implemented codes in correspondence with the presented algorithms.
