摘要：An approach to evaluate reliability estimates from a small number of samples is presented. The approach can be used either with actual samples of a reliability index or with the outcomes of a limit state function obtained through Monte Carlo Simulation. The simplicity of the method suggests its applica.tion to account for probabilistic issues in design codes.
