摘要：The Fourier transform is employed in this work to solve flutter problems. Real structural systems are reduced to two-dimensional problems to illustrate the procedure. The instability condition can be identified by means of an analysis of amplitudes, frequencies and damping of the vibration as a function of the velocity of the air stream. Comparisons between the present solution and other techniques in the literature are presented for one example.
