摘要：The Rayleigh.Ritz method is used to estimate the natural frecuencies of thin plates (Kirchoff's plates). Results for different shapes are obtained from a simple coordinate tans formation. This includes square, rectangular and skew, with different boundary condition. Several examples are presented and the results are compared with alternative procedures.
