摘要:To evaluate the support capacity of a foundation device elements the fmite difference method is employed initially. Then, a numerical computational system must be developed to provide the reaction percentage quickly. With such an object a programed procedure using MATLAB 5.3 was applied taking account defmed parameters N of soil conditions and structure dimensioning, and a for fmal beam settlement condition. Thus the results in percentages of reactions are generalizer by only imposing the size ratio in rectangular plates and the type of load considered. In this way the behavior characterization of the structural type and the results anticipation are possible for all necessary design proofs. The state of the problem is realized by writting it in mathematical form, being each mathematical basic element a matrix without previous dimensioning.
