摘要：O objetivo deste artigo é retratar o percurso histórico das legislações que tratam do Estágio Supervisionado. Trata-se de uma pesquisa documental em que foram analisados decretos, leis, portarias e diretrizes que regulamentam os estágios. Historicamente, o conceito de Estágio Supervisionado foi instituído no Brasil a partir da Lei Orgânica do Ensino Normal, promulgada em 1946, que define um único currículo para todos os estados. Em meio às proposições e mudanças significativas, o Estágio tornou-se um componente mínimo curricular, estabelecendo a obrigatoriedade da Prática de Ensino sob forma de Estágio Supervisionado. Diante dessa trajetória histórica da legislação brasileira, percebemos avanços e retrocessos no que diz respeito à formação de professores e o Estágio Curricular Supervisionado.
其他摘要：The objective of this article is to portray the historical course of the legislation that deals with the Supervised Internship. This is a documentary research, in which were analyzed decrees, laws, ordinances and directives that regulate the stages. Historically, the Supervised Internship concept was instituted in Brazil from the Organic Law of Normal Teaching, enacted in 1946, which defines a single curriculum for all states. Amid the significant propositions and changes, the Internship has become a minimal curricular component, establishing the compulsory Teaching Practice in the form of Supervised Internship. In view of this historic trajectory of Brazilian legislation, we have seen advances and setbacks with regard to teacher training and the Supervised Curricular Internship.
