摘要：The blended learning method unites the traditional and distance learning models. In Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) this model is used for part-time, extramural and distance studies. Thus, a need to develop and implement distance learning system has occurred, in order to satisfy all students’, teachers’ and administration needs. Using IBM technologies there is developed an environment for student centered learning at Information Technologies Department.
