摘要：O presente estudo, resultado de uma pesquisa qualitativa, objetiva analisar a relação do(a) adolescente em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa com a escola, localizando o direito à educação enquanto política integrante a Doutrina da Proteção Integral, prevista no Estatuto da Criança e Adolescente (ECA) e estruturante do Sistema de Atendimento Socioeducativo. Conhecer a relação dos(as) adolescentes com a escola é importante, pois pode colaborar tanto na compreensão da prática do ato infracional quanto do percurso formativo escolar desses sujeitos. As narrativas dos(as) adolescentes, sujeitos desta pesquisa, apontam que esta é uma relação complexa e paradoxal atravessada por elementos de negação e afirmação. Neste sentido, a escola se constitui como um espaço institucional que abriga outros lugares que se entrelaçam, e é caracterizada nesse trabalho como o lugar do direito, o lugar da resistência e o lugar do reconhecimento.
其他摘要：This study, the result of a qualitative research, aims to analyse the correlation of the adolescent in fulfilment of socio-educational remedial actions with the school, locating the right to education as a policy guaranteed in the Doctrine of Integral Protection established in the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (Estatuto da Criança e Adolescente - ECA) of the Socio-Educational Service System. Knowing the relationship of adolescents with school becomes important because it can collaborate both in understanding the practice of the infraction and in the educational training of these subjects. The narratives of the adolescents, subjects of this research, point out that this is a complex and paradoxical relationship crossed by elements of denial and affirmation. In this sense, the school constitutes an institutional space that shelters other places that are intertwined, characterized in this work as being: the place of law, the place of resistance and the place of re-knowledge.
