摘要:For enterprises facing a rapidly changing external environment, employee’s thriving at work may be the key to sustained success. After sorting out the current research situation of scholars home and abroad, several shortcomings emerge. In this paper a model of job autonomy affecting employees’ thriving at work through psychological capital is constructed, and the internal mechanism of job autonomy affecting employees’ thriving at work is investigated, which is helpful to grasp the impact of job autonomy on employees’ thriving at work more comprehensively.
