摘要：The article presents materials of the workshop devoted to the scientific work of an outstanding child psychologist, Olga Mikhailovna Dyachenko. Among the participants of the seminar were both O.M. Dyachenko’s colleagues who worked with her for many years and psychologists from Russian regions and abroad who appreciate her contribution to preschool education. The relevance of Olga Mikhailovna's works for the modern theory and practice of preschool education was strongly emphasized by the participants. The workshop included presentations of experimental studies based on the ideas of O.M. Dyachenko, reports of applying her practical experience in modern conditions in Russia and abroad, and discussions concerning future research. The workshop concluded with stating the the need to preserve and further develop O.M. Dyachenko’s scientific heritage for the modern theory and practice of preschool education
