摘要：A defamation act is a felony that attacked honor or good name someone. But several cases in indonesia in
relation the provision of criticism and comments led to pemidanaan someone.The dynamics of the renewal of
setting the formulation of a felony defamation outside criminal code which is law ite have yet to accommodate
these problems because the absence of restrictions and rules, clear so that in the application of article that
raises article that no clearly for the implementation.This research aims to review the policy formulation in
response to a felony defamation at the moment and who will come. The methodology used are juridical
normative. Based on comparative study with a few countries have made the formulation of the regulation
