摘要：El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la Influencia de la Ciencia y la Tecnología en la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial centrado en el Talento Humano de empresas ecuatorianas. La metodología de investigación aplicada se fundamenta en el método descriptivo-explicativo con un enfoque cualitativo, donde se emplea el método de análisis-síntesis durante todo el estudio. El trabajo demuestra el grado de influencia que ejercen las investigaciones científico técnicas en la responsabilidad social que deben asumir las empresas con la participación de su talento humano. A su vez, el estudio propone como resultado un modelo de medición del impacto de Talento Humano en la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, que certifique mediante la medición de indicadores su responsabilidad y sostenibilidad como elemento transformador del empleo óptimo de los recursos escasos y el planteamiento de soluciones a los problemas de la sociedad.
其他摘要：The objective of this study is to determine the Influence of Science and Technology on Corporate Social Responsibility, focused on the Human Talent of Ecuadorian companies. The methodology of applied research is based on the descriptive-explanatory method with a qualitative approach, where the analysis-synthesis method is used throughout the study. The work demonstrates the degree of influence exerted by scientific and technical research on the social responsibility that companies must assume with the participation of their human talent. In turn, the study proposes as a result a model for measuring the impact of Human Talent on Corporate Social Responsibility, which certifies through the measurement of indicators its responsibility and sustainability as a transforming element of the optimal use of scarce resources and the approach of solutions to the problems of society.
